All updates are tested in a staging environment before being applied to your live site. If an issue does arise, I catch it before it affects your visitors and resolve it before going live. That is why the staging step matters, and why I do not skip it.
Do I need to be available during maintenance?
No. Maintenance is handled on your behalf without requiring your time or attention. You receive a report of everything completed so you always know what was done, but you do not need to be involved in the process.
What if I need something that is not included in my package?
Packages cover the most common maintenance needs, but every site is different. If you need something beyond your plan, just reach out and I will put together a custom solution. Nothing gets added to your bill without a conversation first.
