Website Assessments
Not sure how your homepage is performing? Start with a free homepage assessment.
Your homepage is your first impression, and it's easy for issues to build up over time without obvious warning signs. Slow load times, broken links, accessibility gaps, usability friction — these things can quietly cost you leads every day. A fresh assessment brings them to the surface. I personally review your site and give you a clear, specific picture of what needs fixing and why it matters.
Free Homepage Assessment includes:
- Performance speed test
- Check for broken links and missing images
- Basic usability review
- Initial accessibility scan
Want a deeper dive? A full website assessment also covers:
- All top pages tested for performance issues
- Site-wide error and broken link inspection
- Detailed accessibility issues identified
- In-depth usability issues called out
- UX improvements suggested across the site
Once you have the report, your own team can implement the fixes. Or if you'd rather hand it off, I offer website maintenance services and web development services to handle the work for you. You focus on your business. I'll focus on your website.
What you get out of it
A good assessment doesn't just find problems — it gives you a prioritized, actionable path forward. Clients use these reports to:
- Improve usability and reduce friction for visitors
- Increase user satisfaction and time on site
- Generate more leads from existing traffic
- Rank higher in search results
- Resolve accessibility issues before they become a problem
- Understand how the site is performing on mobile
Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between a free homepage assessment and a full assessment?
The free homepage assessment covers the basics: load speed, broken links, an initial accessibility scan, and a usability review of your homepage. It gives you a useful starting point with no commitment. A full assessment goes deeper, covering all your top pages, a detailed accessibility audit, in-depth usability findings, and UX improvement recommendations across the entire site.
How long does a website assessment take?
A free homepage assessment is typically turned around within a few business days. A full assessment takes longer depending on the size of your site, usually one to two weeks. I will give you a clear timeline before we begin.
What do I need to provide?
Just your website URL and a brief description of your goals. If you have access to Google Analytics or Search Console, sharing that data helps me give you richer insights, but it is not required.
What happens after I receive the report?
The report is yours to use however you like. Your own team can implement the recommendations, or if you prefer to hand off the work, I offer web development and maintenance services to handle the fixes for you. There is no obligation to continue working together after the assessment.
